The website’s forms are configured to send estimate and appointment information to Supabase services. Estimate photographs are also configured for upload through Supabase. Supabase is used for processing and storage supporting these workflows. TrueManagement supports this technology on J&D’s behalf. A success message indicates the website’s submission result, not acceptance of repair work or confirmation of a visit.
Service providers and insurance matters
Service providers supporting hosting, technology, processing, and storage may handle information needed for those services. If you pursue an insurance claim, sharing relevant information with an insurer or claims representative may be needed for that claim, subject to applicable requirements and any required authorization. Ask J&D what information will be shared for your particular claim. This notice does not itself authorize insurance disclosures or vehicle repairs.
Security and retention
No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send account passwords, payment-card information, or unrelated sensitive documents through these forms.
